Dirrell can win 11 rounds and 2 minutes 59 seconds of the 12th round and still lose by KTFO in the last second. Must be an awful feeling for him to be honest. lol
I think Abe can touch him enough when he closes the gap.... but... Will he close that gap enough to make it matter... Dirrell on his bike and Abe not aggressive=Dirrell... Abe being more busy and actually stalking and putting some pressure could give the win...
Dirrell looks great, as does Abraham. I was a little suprised by the height disparity but I think Abraham can still manage to close the gap and rip combinations.
Is that Hearns? It sort of looks like him but he looks so old!!!! Why is he trying to steal the spotlight from younger fighters?? He and Duran always hog the limelight!
Dirrell thinks that because the fight in in Michigan, Abraham will need a KO to win: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rtIu-p5VG7o[/ame]
torn about this fight. i'm half-armenian and love AA, but am from detroit and like the local guy dirrell... no matter what happens, it's my first fight live. can't wait for this shiat...
Not sure if it has been posted but here's a video of the weigh-in with quick interviews as hosted/previewed by showtime. [yt]rY7iKooMY6M[/yt]
what i find interesting about this competition, is that its possible for the champion at the end of this to not be holding any belts whatsoever. For example, if Dirrell loses to AA but then beats Ward, he would certainly be knocked out of the competition , but still be holding perhaps 1 maybe 2 of the Championship belts.
