Anyone else feel this is an odd fight for Maidana to take? Don't get me wrong, i commend him for doing so, but it's just a weird one to me. He's coming in off a fairly one-sided defeat, and he'll face a decent size disadvantage against someone with a granite chin who comes to fight. I think that Maidana will win a close decision, but he could quite easily lose this one and then he would be pretty ****ed option-wise. Maidana wasn't the biggest Light-Welterweight around and Soto-Karass has been up at 154 before.
