on groves ebj thread a lot talk difference will make about the weight etc. What's your opinions on it. I posted vid Brandon rios "2days " YouTube video where see extreme lengths go 2 to drop weight to in all sense gain advantage . As discussed some these guys can put on 20 pounds a day can be such an advantage if same day weigh in stops a lot dangerous things could happen to guy dropping severe weight or opponents or why not another weigh in same day u can't weigh more than the next weight example if lightweight tile at 135 on weigh in Friday 135 the day weigh in you can't be over 140 lww or lose belt or a percentage purse goes to opposing fighter surely make it more level playing field plus obviously guys need eat drink maybe put on a pound or 2 but not 20 ,although others argue it isn't a advantage as fighters are so drained they are not 100 percent goin into fight through severe abuse to get to the weight. What's the thoughts cheers

I think any one who puts on more than a stone between weigh in and the fight is weakening themselves, especially in Championship rounds.
