Sergio is a natural 154 lb fighter who only fights at middle cause Pavlik tried cherry picking him and it backfired. He is a small MW and has been the smaller fighter in every fight he's had for over 4 years unless you count him weighing slightly more than Dzindziruk on fight night despite being dwarfed by him as being bigger, 7 straight fights being the smaller guy at MW and JMW (he was uslaly smalles guy at JMW too)....now you want him to go up another division where he'll be even smaller in comparison to everyone else.....not everyone is Pacman. 160 is as heavy as it gets for Sergio and even that's pushing it, he's just a part of a division that doesn't have any real threats, if there were legit top level MW's out there right now Martinez would be better off at his natural JMW class but considering the very best MW's aside from him are Pirog/Sturm/Chavez Jr/Golovkin there's no need to drop in weight when he could whup all those clowns despite being significantly smaller. Ward is far too big for Sergio.... Sergios already dominating a divsion where he's the smallest guy in the top 20, the fact that he can still make 154 (since he weigh5ed 157 for the Macklin fight)makes it ridiculous to ask him to fight at 168. This is like asking Dawson to fight Klitschko or Ward to fight Huck. C'mon son! No one that can make 154 should be fighting at SMW! If Ward really wants a Sergio fight he should have to make 163 and fight away from home.....Either way Bute vs Ward is far better, lets hope Ward takes that fight.

ps everyone knows my favorite fighters are slick black fighters, Sergio isn't even top 10 fave for me but Sergio vs Floyd is a lot more fair and a lot closer in natural size than Sergio vs Ward....Sergio vs Ward is a foregone conclusion...Ward bullies him and easily wins, Sergio vs Mayweather is interesting and a hard pick with Mayweather being a slight fave.
