if it did Valuev would be the most fearsome puncher of all time

turns out he isnt and yet he outweighs people by 100lbs, hes a average puncher at HW at best.

he had injuries he was dealing with in the end of his career

Valuev had awful punching technique and slow ass hands

nor to mention very limited boxing skills

yet he almost broke marciano's record thanks to his weight and size alone, Valuev's success is a proof that size matters, a lot

that's why Wlad would destroy most of your hw legends from the past

he's a unique combination of size, weight, speed, power and skills that the boxing world has never seen before

no small dude aside from a prime Tyson would have any chance against current Wlad

size matters...thus why ali accomplished what he did. he was a monster for his time. no real power, kinda like valuev.

    This isnt news.

In every sport size does not mean power.

    Speed + Technique = Power.

i was just saying because people were claiming stevenson is a bigger puncher than julian jackson because he was a weight above JJ.

actually its speed X mass that = force, according to physics.

there is more to it than that, or there would be a simple formula to derive someones punching power.

Drop a feather on your head then drop a 100 pound weight on your head. Weight equals punching power.

I think the thread starter has already tried that, judging by his posts.

    Speed+Technique+Size=Power.

A 168lbs fighter with the same speed and technique as a 147lbs fighter will obviously hit harder.

    Obviously

    no weight by itself doesnt.
    weight(mass) x speed =force/power.

    basic physics
valuev is a average puncher at HW and proves this.

Valuev was so slow even a 47 year old Holyfield made him miss by a foot with little effort

What's your point that Valuev is a slow malcord?
