Valuev wasn't a boxer. He was a circus act. Zero technique. A modern day Primo Carnera. Both men had pathetic power and punch.

For punching power, you need technique and decades of training. Size and weight obviously play a role. Or would anyone think prime ODLH could knock out a top HW? No. Weight matters, obviously.

    Man ! This mass isn't the puncher's/ fighter's mass.
THE FORCE AT WORK ON AN OBJECT.
THIS IS THE MASS OF AN OBJECT
FORCE EQUALS MASS(object mass) TIME ACCELERATION
This mass isn't Valuevs' 300+ pounds fat-ass weight.
    -Poor ISAAC NEWTON...-
At weightlifting nobody cares the lifters' weight in this case.
THE LIFTED weight is the important.
Lots of fat ass are weak as hell and so many skinny guys are strong.

Sanders, Brewster, and Purrity would disagree.

Otherwise the 5'11" unathletic fat featherfisted mediocre Chagaev was the first man who beat Valuev.
Lots of fighter can/could beat 7' or taller fighters.
(For example a Tyson's brutal ko victim the very old version Berbick knocked the 7' Marcellus Brown out.)
-w. klitschko's size are far away from Valuev's.
When was w. klitschko 7' and 300+ pounds?
-Other difference wladimir is a bulked chicken a **** ectomorph.
Basically w. klitschko = david jaco.Same genetical skinny chicken
    with a glass-chin.
-Valuev wasn't down and nobody could knock him out.
Obviously Valuev has far better chin.
-wladimir isn't a real heavyweight his a bulked lanky "girl"
    with a weak chin.
Watch his amateur fights! wladimir klitoris looked like a skinny
    girl on high heels.

Valuev wasn't about size without other factors.
    CHIN: Valuev-wladimir 1-0
STAMINA FOR THE STYLE: Valuev-wladimir 1-0
PHYSICAL TALENT FOR POWER :Valuev-wladimir 1-0
    PUNCHING POWER: Valuev-wladimir 1-0
    SPEED:Nearly equal
SKILL: Valuev-wladimir 1-0. Valuev was limited but solid in this question.
    Best wins:Valuev's :Ruiz,Holyfield,Donald,Liakhovich,Bergeron.
    Wladimir's:povetkin,Haye,Chagaev,Thompson,Brewster,Byrd.

All in all Valuev was better than wladimir.
Wladimir was lucky because he didn't fight Valuev.
Valuev hasn't losses by bums like Sanders or Puritty.

Come on mate give Valuev his due credit there have been a lot of 7ft 300lbs type of size boxers who got no where near his level just look at Julius Long. Yes size matters but it isn't everything.

Valuev was very tough and had good fundamentals and strategy.

Every boxer should know how to use their attributes he knew how to use his which was his size.

Nice ****ysis, Sanders was 6'4 and Brewster/Purrity defeats were purely stamina related.

Look I have always said you have to judge sports men by their ers. Today they're all on drugs just about in every sport including boxing. Back in their day they used to have to do a 9-5pm job but still train 6 hours a day to reach the top and come through horses hair gloves, emonia rubbed on he gloves, threats off gangsters etc. which many guys from this era could not handle e.g. David Haye.

SNV is a boxing god. He punches lightly so he wont damage his opponent's brain. If he would punch as hard, heads could be flying like UFOs
