Hey guys, I got a bout at april 1st, and I need to gain six pounds, any tips! I'm fighting at flyweight, but I lost some weight due to illness in the hospital! I would like to gain it back and more, but I'm having difficulty because I burn calories like no tomorrow, cause of my metabolism. Go to your local supermarket, buy some skimmed milk powder. very cheap source of protein. You have a whole month so you can gain the weight, it won't necessarily be good weight if you put on the full 6lbs.
If your really struggling you could try http://www.activesportsnutrition.co...plied-nutrition-supplements-critical-mass.htm 3 meals a day and 2 of them shakes (with milk it will equal about 1000 calories per shake). When i was using them i was gaining 1kg a week and i have a really really fast metabolism i find it nearly impossible to gain weight without them. If you can do it without them and just eating healthy then that would be better like.
