So my story is i started boxing about a year and a half ago to lose weight.

i was 256 pounds and now i am down to 196 with body fat % of 16%.

i still have a few pounds to shed but the problem is that i have lost the vast majority of the weight and now my skin is all stretchy and ****.

what would be a good way to tighten it up?

    lifting weights?
    contiue boxing?
    a mixture of both?
    any other type of training?

any advice would be much appriciated.

i think you can have surgery for that or you could put on a lot of muscle

Various strength workouts could help improve areas but you need advice from someone who knows how it all works.

**** the surgery part. it would seem like cheating to me. if i did that then i would have just gotten a tummy tuck or whatever the hell it is called.
to me its like using steroids.
i would rather do it the natural way. with hard work.

I thought the only way to make your abs look better was by just losing overall body fat.. Im probably misunderstanding what you're saying here though.

You can't spot reduce, and you could have a great core, but if you got a tummy, the 8 pack isnt just gonna go through it.(From my understanding)

You are correct. Overall fat reduction is the only way to see your abs. Now, the thickness and overall appearance of your abs, once shown, is determined by your training.
