Slowly. You're not even consuming enough calories to fuel your BMR.

You work out roughly how many calories you require in a day and take 250 from that = 1lb weight loss a week. The way you're doing it now (too fast) may be ok for some fatty that wants to drop a few pounds quickly but for an athlete it's not a good idea.

Yeah i figure my body is starving itself so is holding on to fat. Started eating more and gona just train the same and see what happens.
Surprisingly my strength workouts (squats, deadlifts etc) havent suffered and ive been making the progress expected

Do you still have enough energy to train at a high intensity? Correct me if im wrong, but if he timed his meals right and according to the times he trains, wouldnt he have enough energy, and then be able to train intense enough? Correct me if im wrong.

At first glance (and I'm drunk, so take this for what you will) it just looks like you aren't eating enough and you're working out too much. Eat more, work out harder. You'll find there's an extra gear you can get to if you consistently feed yourself like the human body is supposed to be fed.

There's nothing wrong with starving yourself (as you are and as I ma currently), but when you combine it with training it's another thing entirely.

Eat more and you might find you can train even more frequently/.with more intensity.

And the reason I quoted mrpook is that his advice is about as bad as it gets. No offense of course, but read a book my dude

fight at the next weight up? some of us want to take boxing too seriously it seems. who cares if you lose? it's not like another sport where a bad record keeps you from the playoffs.

You could go into the golden gloves 0-10 and still come out the national champ. Theoretically of course. If you can't beat a few out of 10 opponents you aren't winning a tournament, but the point is your record don't mean **** and experience is everything.

eating far too little, 1200 calories your body will be desperate to hold on to ANYTHIN its taking, regardless of body weight. if you are training a total of 10 times a week and eating 1200 calories 6 days a week then no wonder you are stalling. you're around 62kgs right? up the calories to 1500 or so,where the ettra cals should be from fat sources (olive oil, avocados, blah blah), see where you are at in 2 weeks. if you are still stalling, can have another think. make sure the food you are eating is very nutritious (i.e 1200 calories isn't 6 doughnuts), and supplement well as you will be missing a few things you might be needing or having usually.

    Are you ****ing joking?
You're 6 ft 5? As in, almost 200cm? 2 meters tall? 76 inches or more?

Do you often fight at 60kg?
How long have you been training?
