Looking at the label on that tub(the site you provided didn't list the ingredients), I can see it contains guarana, green tea extract and cla's. The supposedly "special" whey protein probably is just plain old whey protein isolate since it doesn't contain any fats as opposed to whey concentrate, which does. CLA supplementation can have side effects even though it does reduce body fat. Guarana suppresses hunger, and that's it basically (regarding its function in the supplement you linked). Green tea is just plain good stuff and does help fat loss. if i was you i'd just start a healthy diet....a good balance of carbs protein and fat and lots of fruit and veg and work out hard in the gym
Calories Out > Calories In = Weight Loss No need to take weight loss shakes, just maintain a calorie deficit through diet and exercise and you will lose weight.
I dont know. Cuts is suppose to work but it affects your cardio But I do Know I cut everything that wasnt a raw fruit or vegetable with the exception of sea food and drop 25 pounds in a month. I still ate bread but without any meat i didnt eat much of that. This diet is hard, once you get on it you stay but once you get off it you never go back.
