Im positive that wanye dosnt and couldnt train ****.

Im also positive that he would jump at the chance to train me, do absolutely nothing and then claim that every thing i know he taught me.

mean while fast twitch fibers are still over rated.

If you understood what the poserior chain is, how it works in favor of a boxer and what olympics lifts train, maybe you'd understand. Oh well...

Why the **** would he claim he trained you? You're one of the worst garage boxers I've ever seen.

Dude I would have thought so, but I worked three years in a circus and the guys I did a handstand act with were also awesome jugglers. One of them did Muay Thai, and there was another kid learning to juggle who got to five clubs. I worked with them a little and they were just terrible.

Throwing punches is completely different, I'm not kidding. Those jugglers were terrible boxers and great jugglers, and if you put a world class juggler in front of me I would fight him in a heartbeat.

Why, because he doesn't see the greatness and the skills you believe you have? This right here is why I know that you aren't ever gonna be close to anything in boxing, pride to the point that you don't listen to people who can and are trying to help you. Your videos are the other reason... But it's your attitude mainly. Wayne, Virus and myself have spent more time than anyone on here trying to help you and yet we seem to be the ones you most have a problem with. You take everything as an attack when it's not. Deep down you know you're not up to scratch so you feel insecure and project onto us. Get real Ylem.

He'll post about how we victimize him. I do just take the **** out of him now and he attempts to do the same to me but fails.

At first we tried to help, but he's just too ******ed to see that and like you say, his ego is too big to take any kind of criticism. Sad really.

I would feel sorry for him but there is nothing real about him or his intentions, he even made up a story about going to a gym and the trainer was impressed with him and wanted him to spar the next day. He knows and we know that's not true. With his training ideas he's trying to assert his independance of thought when he needs to stop complicating things for the sake of complicating things and just understand some basic principles. He's too arrogant to be incorrect about something simple so he talks about things like specific shoulder muscles and muscle fibres when they don't have any relevance. He wants to feel like he has some esoteric knowledge because he knows that he isn't anything.

Ylem, I commented last time on a thread you partook in and I have to say, you have outdone yourself! I love it!! I am ever so intrigued with your in depth knowledge of training, specifically "fast twitch fibers." In hearing your well thought out response on fast twitch "muscle mass," how can anyone argue that? In addition, the juggling example was well thought out and illustrated your point beautifully. Keep up the good work on keeping the rest of us straight on the cutting edge of training. :good

I think mediumtype weights, ie reps of something like 20 will have a positive effect on power if done in moderation. If you look at Calisthenics praticed widely in boxing gyms it is having a pretty similar effect.

Bernard Hopkins does medium weight brench press with dumbells and it seems to give him a tangible benefit in strength. Certainly I would not reccomend just bulding muscle, aswell as potentially slowing you down you will probably detract from your weight to power ratio and if you put too much on your going up another weight category for no real reason.
