Weight training routine for my 12 days off work?

    I normally do compound exercises and get to the gym about 2-3 times a week. As I've got a few days off coming up I thought I could try and go every day and do a couple of different body parts in each session. It'd be a nice change and everyone down there who's twice the size of me seems to do this anyway.

    Anyone ever done this before? Any ideas? I'd like to plan the days out a bit beforehand.

    I'm curious to see what guys have tried as well. Trying to schedule strength training every day with compound exercises is hard to do while trying to avoid overtraining.
