I have very limited equipment ( weighted jump rope and weighted gloves and setting up a pull up bar) and my gym is only open when we have practice. So i make do with what i can. They are only teaching us (1st years) the very basics right now ( 1-2) stances etc. I was wondering what some of you vets thought of this:

    Weighted gloves:
50 jabs ( form and power)
    50 crosses ( i think?...)
Then a set of 50 combo of the two.

The gloves weigh 1 pound each. Any and all ideas thoughts are welcome criticism ( unless constructive) is not.

Tbh I wouldn't really consider those weighted gloves for your weight. 16 oz right? 1 pound.
