Whats not to like two in shape guys who can box. Too many of these high profile HWT matches involve fat guys who dont train like Toney Rahamn Peter Areolla

I'll take Chag over Meehan whose chin usually fails him

Wow, Meehan is in excellent shape. Chagaev looks like a fat bear.

Meehan looks good. Chagaev is just a big dude, I doubt you'll ever see him thin.

Pulling for Meehan in this one.

Exactly, Chagaev is just thickly bit with heavy limbs and a thick torso, he will never be light.

No, he clearly is 20 pounds over his best weight. Have you seen him as an amateur?

Meehan tries hard...I'll give him that. But his chin is glass and his skills are nothing to write home about. Worst of all, he has done nothing to deserve a shot at a title or even to be included in an elimnator. Who has he beaten or even fought. At the very least, Chagaeve was able to survive a few round with Wlad. Meehan would have been lucky to make it 30 seconds.

Why, exactly? No offense....I just have no interest at all seeing a 40-year old fringe contender challenging Haye. At the very least, Chagaev will have the experience to make it an interesting fight. Meehan would get cracked out of there in short order. The guy has a glass chin.

Chagaev /Haye would be a good match I think..........and one that could derail his big money fight plans. Ruslan ia live fighter with a good chin and punch......and not OLD. Maybe Chagaev will make Haye keep his retirement promise. Haye is thinking....GO MEEHAN!!!....

yeah, chagaev could definitely be in better shape despite the "thick" build bs. if i didn't know who was who, I'd guess that chagaev is the 40 year old and kali is the 30 year old.

I'm a little surprise at the height difference. Meehan must be a legit 6'4 or more (as opposed to guys like areeola whom are prolly like 6'2") or chagaev is barely 6'1.

So lets hope Chagaev wins and will fight Haye later this year. That will definitely be a test for Haye.

So at the end of 2010 we have Haye fighting Chagaev, Wlad fighting Povetkin and Vitali fighting the winner of Solis-Valuev, after Sosnowski.

After that there“s time for unification.

The look on his face when Peter quit against Vitali Klitschko was priceless. After all his arrogant remarks on Peter retiring Klitschko. He had that look on his face that i imagine Zakman has whenever Charlie backs out of a fight again.
