I'm off to the gym in an hour or so. Today it's squats, deadlifts, pulldowns, clean and press, and some upright rows.
I don't clean and press a lot of weight, it's only 40-50kg, and I only do the 'clean' part once per set, then I just do 6-7 presses from my chest. The deadlift is the only one that really puts a load on my lower back as I'm doing high reps on my squats as well.
