What weight class would these ATGs fight in today? They would be at such a physical disadvantage to compete between lightweight and welterweight that I’d imagine they need to shrink down using modern training methods and day before weigh ins that competing at 140-147 pounds just wouldn’t be an option.

So how much lighter would they weigh in to be on even footing with modern fighters?

I've collated several dozen weigh in to documented fight night increases from the current "day before weigh in" era. The average increase is c.8.5% of body weight.

Allowing for the likelihood of a couple/few lbs weight gain from weigh in to fight in their "same day weigh in" era and assuming they dehydrate and rehydrate to the average degree, I'd guess Canzernori and Ross would be FWs at their best and McClarnin a LW.
