weights question

    nice traps, try to build up some lats too to make it even better =)

    well if your doing it for boxing then i suggest you should either do 8-10sets of 3 or just do tons of reps on bodyweigh workout like push ups, pull ups, dips, etc.

    buff and boxing lol =)
