Weights - When?

    If you want to train for muscle endurance you better of hitting the heavy bag.
    Do heavy bag drills etc. Train for speed endurance and power.

    You go to the gym for lifting heavy. Not for muscle endurance. Pressing pulling and squatting are the basics.

    People who want to become better at swimming usually swim and not something else huh.

    Imo weight lifting is not a waste of time. There are seven days in the week. Use them wisely.

    Day1 boxing
    Day2 weights + running?
    Day3 boxing
    Day4 sprints or longer runs
    Day5 Boxing
    Day6 weights + sprints / long runs
    Day7 Rest.

    However I would like to box everyday but that's just not possible due reasons :(
