A bit of a random thread, but does anyone notice the similarities? They both had this weird octopus like leaning forward posture with their hand out long, wondering if Greg Page modelled his style off of Bivins. Bivins was more pressure oriented and Page was more of a boxer, but they both had this weird posture. They would use this posture to throw, then because of this lean forward with their arms long, they were in a better position to land check punches in the trades as they pulled out of range. Do any of you see the similarities, and do you think more fighters can benefit from using this posture that very few fighters have used?
