Well maybe or maybe not certifiably insane, but one thing is for sure...you would make a god damn hell of a politician or an irrational woman, with your constant flip flopping, back-tracking, or claiming to be one thing then another...!!! :yep

We're pretty much on the same page actually. There're better fights @168 for the near future, but 160 is more promising for the distant future.

True, especially since an report I just read says that most politicians and other elected officials are social-paths. But what does that say about those who vote for them? :think

    Won't happen.

K2 has probably already put in the application for Roy Jones show, but if that doesn't pan out they'll be calling BHOP or maybe bring Sam Soliman over for some quick cash.

Murray is pretty terrible, and he almost beat Abraham. Abraham is the #3 ranked fighter; therefore, you're kind of wrong right out the gate. I know Abraham is near shot, but beating Abraham would've been a success for Murray. Remember, this is the same Murray that didn't win a round against Golovkin. As terrible as it does sound, Abraham is a legit top 3 in the division.

As someone mentioned, middleweight is on the verge of becoming a hot division. Super middleweight isn't.

You have very good prospects: Murata, Derevyanchenko, Khytrov (if he can put it together), Douglas, Falcao, and Quigley. Especially, Derevyanchenko who has looked absolutely phenomenal. After 5 or so wins, he's already looking like a legitimate contender.

Then you have guys that could move up from LMW: Lara (supposedly moving up soon), Canelo (already sort of moved up), and Andrade (already talked about moving up to fight Korobov).

It's on the cusp of becoming a very good division. I really don't see that same potential in super middleweight since the division above, LHW, is just so talented.

Just going up and becoming a two weight champ is a challenge and an achievement in itself. Guys like DeGale, Jack, Bute, Dirrell would most likely beat guys like Canelo, Saunders and Jacobs so imo fighting the SMW's at 168 is more of a challenge for Gennady than fighting the guys at 160, especially considering he can't even seem to get the better fights at 160.

I don't think the SMW division is necessarily all that bad. These guys just haven't had the chance to prove themselves yet. Remember, there were times when Calzaghe, Froch and Ward were under rated. Guys like deGale, Ramirez and Smith might turn out to be top fighters.

This thread just seems to be an attempt to justify Golovkin staying at 160 and having ****ty fights

On your scorecard, but that's hardly unbiased given your haterad of Murray and fanboyism of Martinez/ Abe.

Why??,.outside of being unlucky against Sven(And lets face it, pretty much every Ok fighter was "unlucky" against Sven), he did nothing but beat up nobodies in Denmark.

    Like I said....SMW Brian Nielsen.
