Yep, people are really starting to sit up and take notice of us now.

Seems Yamaguchi has returned to Japan where this is big news. Very big news.

Dan Raphael of ESPN has come out swinging.

Is going to be very interesting to see how the governing bodies deal with this.

Like I said previously, I would not blame it if any fighter (let alone a big name) has reservations about coming over here and getting a fair go, as what we saw the other night was a pure disgrace to boxing.

This would have put us on the world stage for ALL the wrong reasons, and would have been a real dagger in the heart of Australian promoters.

I just hope this hasn't given Roy Jones second thoughts about potentially coming over to Melbourne later in the year. As if it was me, I for sure would be re-thinking about making the trip.

No links AFF, I have posted a video of the fight on youtube with the kd's in slo mo, very average quality, for some reason wouldn't work on the better version I did.

I spoke to J u s t i n Footit this morning and he told me it is making very big news in Japan with Yamaguchi in demand when he landed.

I read a brief paragraph in today Australian saying 'The Boxing Authority of NSW is to review Australian Billy Dib's controversial win over Japanese fighter Kenichi Yamaguchi in Sydney on Thursday night.'

    Watch this space I guess.
