Now that I think of it: If he'd do well in boxing he could actually increase the sports (current non-existent) popularity in the Netherlands.

Definitely, a lot of people in the Netherlands do kickboxing but boxing is pretty rare.

 

No naughties with this broad unfortunately, only the fat ugly ones seem to be down for such.

 

In most cases it's a hinderance. You've learned too many bad habits like squaring up for example.

TBH, the amatuer system the way it is now though. You learn just has many habits there too.

 

Hari is an exciting kick-boxer but I don't think he will do something "great" in pro boxing.
I would love to see Hari how would handle with a top level amateur heaviweight boxer to see if he has some chances at pro. IMO Hari throws his punches too wide and wild and a decent pro boxer will counter him easy.

 

We are talking abot the heavyweight division though. He could be a force with the correct training. i don't know whatever habits Seth Mitchell learned in the NFL but they haven't ruined him yet.

 

There's plenty of decent names with less than 15 pro fights. Sonny Bill Williams and Badri would make for a decent scrap. By the time that could be put together, both could easily land 3-4 decent fights in the D class and become names themselves by fighting one another. Same goes for Kimbo and Monk. I could see Slice and Monk using one another as a stepping stool into bigger things, and why not toss the likes of SBW and BH in there.

Celebrity aint always a bad thing in this sport.:hey

One thing is for sure though.....these guys all need to get busy. 5-6 fights/yr. Kimbo is the worst since he's already like 37 or some ****. He really needs to get moving, especially vs these unranked, unknown opponents.:think
