reading revciews there, seemed he stepped it up last night against his opponent.Sufferd an early cut but came back to win a UD .
well done, now maybe we'll see him fight some decent class opposition like the barker v macklin winner?
maybe he should have concentrated on being a great likable charachter with the amateur oficial idiots rather thana possible great fighter, then he would have been live on sky and as good as jeffries.:huh
It was a majority decision, 97-93, 97-93, 95-95. Against a guy who was almost shut-out against a light-middle (albeit a very good one) last time out it's not a result to go too wild about. The jury's still out on Craig I think.
jesus, is that the only picture you could dig up of his win, still he's beating live aponnents, should get a spot on the telly overhere, he,s a good fighter.
its a good win, perez is a tough test, hopefully craig will continue with tough opponents, hes not the youngest
Well if I can add anything to Rob's answer, Craig isn't eligible for the European title. You need to have had 5 of your last 10 fights in Europe to be able to fight for the European title. But I really don't think the Barker/Macklin winner will be on Golden Boy's radar for Craig, I think they'll stay matching him against American/Latino fighters.
