    i'll be interested to watch this tonight. i wonder where matt goes from here - hopefully he'll get involved with some domestic opposition - watson rematch, o'donnell, even kell brook

    I am not a fan of Matthew Hatton, he took everything thrown at him...:yep

    Just so disappointing that a genuine contender like Ryan Rhodes could not get a shot...:-(

    bloody polotics again mate i think rhodes will be avoided until his heart goes out of it.the moore win seems to have done him more harm than good!

    I think the domestic division is wide open.

    Brook is probably the best, but Matt has got himself some good wins since the shocker against Watson..... and has gone 12 at world level in a higher weight class.

    thats what i think, but there have been some improvements since he started working with shannon, and although i'd pick watson to beat him again in a rematch it will probably be closer.

    more likely that ricky will steer him back towards the european though

    I dont mind moments of random surrealisim but it helps if its actually funny.

    Hatton was out of his league but by no means our worst overseas challenger in recent years. Jennings and Lockett were 10x worse. He showed resistance which surprised me and generally fought back where he could.

    His work was so powderpuff in comparison though. Nothing on his punching. And he's not a good enough boxer to get away with that. Back to the drawing board I think...fight some people like Watson and Brook.
