Good for Miguel, even though people always bring Margarito's name when talking about Cotto, here is Cotto winning a title in his third division, like few boxers in Puerto Rico, and Margarito is fighting 10 rounders in Mexico and everyone thinks he was a cheater who maybe won't get another opportunity for a title shot. Looks to me that the one ruined is Margarito.

I did pick foreman, I thought the kid had good boxing skill. Turns out I was wrong.

I compared Foreman to Jennings as soon as they announced the fight. I said this would be a slightly longer version of Cotto/Jennings; a one sided fight that Cotto would end with left hooks to the body. I wasn't far off.

...He does have good skills...only Cotto is a better fighter than he is.

Foreman is a far more capable fighter than Jennings and significantly bigger also. Non-comparable.

How did you score Pavlik/Martinez? ...Just out of curiosity.

No...you weren't. Cotto has won 14 previous title fights. He's a former Olympian. Losing to Cotto even one-sidedly does not mean you don't have good boxing skill. Quintana is a very skilled fighter and Cotto broke him up like peanut brittle back when he was undefeated and before becoming the only man to officially beat Paul Williams. I don't understand why you're so unwilling to give Cotto his dues, man.

Foreman is a little bigger and a little better than Jennings. That's exactly why I said it would be a longer fight. People were seriously mislead by Foreman/Santos. I've seen Yuri fight 3 or 4 other times, and he is not an elite level fighter. He's a solid "B" level guy. Nothing more.

Don't take me wrong. I'm very happy that Cotto won. Four world titles in 3 divisions adds up to a hell of a career.
