few facts: -he was the promoter with an immense prefight workload -the prime issue is an utter copout the jones groupies hanker onto, overlooking the fact there is 2 years age difference and both are old! -his first 2 fights at LHW and he beats THE 2 greats on there soil,unbelievable! -the knockdowns prove what an absolute warrior and champion he really is,but detremental to that are evidence of a declining physicality and warning signs to honour his retirement pledge. -"he should fight the new hungry fighters to earn a legacy " ****off!! didnt he do that i.e kessler and lacy! he beat the 2 pretenders followed by the 2 old skool gate keepers,what a ****ing ending! -the boy slaps HARD,jones has never been busted up like that,"cazaghe was getting cocky" yes because jones has shown utter respect and restraint throughout his career in the ring right? -46 and 0. -where was jones at the post fight presser? well done to the welsh lad,you are indeed a modern day great and i for one will miss you,i love the fact that certain circles use your YOUTH to denegrate your win and bleat on about "coulda shoulda woulda's" you indeed destroyed the former heavyweight,i am in awe. haters can hate.. the true fans know a great fighter when they see one, now roll out the cliches,unoriginality,hating and the usual humour, it bothers me not,my boy did us proud.
I just can not believe jones did not let his hands go. He totally let that fight and his career slip right away.
