    He weighed @ the limit naked, which was quite an effort @ short notice. I suspect fair bit of forced dehydration to get there

    Does a PABA official need to be associated with a State body (i.e QLD) in order to officiate a PABA match... as either ref or judge??

    Has to be registered to judge/referee, but not to supervise title bout e.g. Danny Leigh, who supervises (of sorts) WBO regionals in OZ. He doesn't really do anything, but does his best to look important.....as all do
