However, someone please explain Loma's tactics... He was destroying Lopez from round 7 onwards, his father was giving him advice along the lines of "Patience, Patience", it's really put a bit of a stain on the fight, we saw two fights today. First one where Lopez was very focused and Loma was scared to do anything, feinting 600 times a round Second one where Loma realised that he is actually good and busted Lopez up....
I also had Loma winning comfortably. Rounds 8-11 was what i expected to see the whole fight. Disappointing performance from Loma but all credit goes to Teo. Love watching this kid fight.
X2. The judgement was fair and the better man won. That means that also boxing won, and so did the fans.
To beat Loma at 23 years of age. Speaks volume. I always knew this kid is legit. Is only going to improve.
He was planning to win the fight late which he how Loma normally fights he could see Lopez was dangerous and a legit boxer early so had no choice but to sit back round 1 he didnt even do anything. dance contest.
He was never destroying Lopez, even in the rounds he won, Lopez got some good shots back on him. Loma was terrified of Lopez's speed and power for 6 rounds.
He never does anything rd1 and rd2, then he didnt do anything in rd 3,4,5 and 6 either... really puzzling
Picked and routed for Loma because I thought Lopez was all hype (and his dad's a *****). I was wrong.
