Best I have seen him fight. Really wanted that, was smart picked his shots lovely and was carrying power.
Just said in the other thread it was a career best performance from him. Punch perfect there and some lovely body work.

Your spot on. He expected him to steam right in and he could counter him. Coyle took Mashers strengths away from him.
Clinical performance from Coyle. He boxed well, threw his shots with real intent and mixed his work up brilliantly. Best performance of his career. Well done to him.
Made up for him. Boxed brilliantly 7/2 stoppage was a bargain price considering Dodd was hurt against Cardle!! People forget he can box, remember the Mathews fight? He has the same issue as Ricky Hatton, loves a tear up so people forget he is skilled. Dodd didn’t look right but Coyle’s timing and shot selection was superb. When he had him hurt he didn’t go swinging for his head like you’d expect him, he went to body so much. Paul Smith hit the nail on the head. People love watching him because he can be doing so well but is always vulnerable at the same time. I know he may want to retire and fair enough if he does, but for me I’d like to see him see what’s out there at maybe Euro Level.
