Dammit...thi is really bugging the hell out of me since if I operate it will take me out of the scene for at least 6 month...I will hold up till Jan to operate if I need to do so..the pain been increasing as I work out and box, and the streght on my right arm is compormised when lifting......it is not so bad when pulling but pushing....is another story.....

Small tear usually are not operable.
    Rest and let it heal.
    Scar tissue forms.
Buy --- "The Seven Minute Rotator Cuff Solution."
    Live by it.
Reabilitative and preventative exercise program to strenghten shoulders.
Even with surgery you need a proper program.
    No easy way.

...my tear is not small after the MRI , it clearly shows about 1 1/2" on the right shoulder...it hurts on pushing exersices but not so much on pulling exercises.....I can afford the 12 month healing period of an operation, the tear is not going to get any worth, the Dr. said if I can leave with the pain, the no need to operate.....so that's what I am doing, it hurts like hell on certain exersices, not so bad in others, but boxing or hitting the HB is ok!!

i do 3 sets of 15-20 reps Cuban Press once a week after my chest workout to keep the rotator cuff strong. Works well.

Sorry to hear that O man. There comes a time when a person has to limit sparring. Perhaps you would make a heck of a coach? Kids needs lots of help these days. Good luck.
