Think about it. Void, Sr. said the did not want Void, Jr. to fight Pac. Void, Jr. demands that Pac take tests that no other boxer in boxing history has ever done. Void has never demanded that any of his other opponents abide by his new rules. Void does not want to fight Pac and is trying to save face.
I doubt this fight can be salvaged. Manny has too much pride and doesn't need the money like capitalistic Floyd and GBP require in the US. Manny will walk away and still get numerous fights. Floyd can cry about how the big one got away. May the IRS chop him down.

Mayweather simply didn't fancy the bout. He doesn't deserve any more than 50% of the take and in no way should he dictate the testing terms. He's a damn disgrace but it really doesn't surprise me.
