Well then, should the fighter who lands the greater number of power shots win the rd?

or should the guy who looks smoother or prettier while delivering his shots get the nod WTF? You morons cant have it both ways. If leather touches body or mandible its points.

My fists landing on your face constitute effective aggression to me. My fist smashing your ribcage constitutes effective aggression to me also. WTF is going on with you people? millennials just cant score a fuken fight.

Under these conditions Frazier does not get the nod over Ali in their first fight and Leonard wins vs Duran in Montreal. Scoring has become a fuxking disgrace. I blame these skill set warriors for the erosion of decent scoring in boxing today.

I don't think iron clad RULEs for scoring such as the one you suggested should be implemented as they end up creating more scoring problems then they solve imo, no offense, interesting topic :good

what then, are we to judge in a vacuum? the more a boxing match resembles a fight the more I like it. This isn't fencing or morse code. I give a round to the man who dominates the rd by landing the greater number of shots. if there is no clear winner I score the round a draw. I will not reward a ****ing bean counter who pads a lead and then does nothing. I will not score a fight for the guy who has landed one more jab than his opponent after 12 hard fought rounds. For me you dominate a round you get it. If its too close to call its even.
