No worries mate:good. Yeah the coverage of Boxing is allways done so well on the Beeb (no ads or over hype! also). Shame its only the Am's they bother with these days. Better than nowt! I guess. Look's like some v good quality in the welsh Am's ATM. Zack Davis-Daniel Chapman-Fred Evans- Andrew Selby were the best on show for me In these finals- and must all be in with of a good shout for 2012.
just watched it, like the look of Fred Evans and Danny Chapman. very quick punchers, especially Chapman, Evan really good boxer and counter puncher, Selby obviously a name quite a few of us are familiar with.
yeah i think those 4 i mentioned all seemed to be slick movers/counter punchers. With as you said Selby being the 1 allready well known after his medal succsesses. Its was a nicley done hour by the beeb & Clev came across well on the interviews etc. Also nice to see Lisa Rodgers on the box again.
Heard of Fred Evans, supposed to be good boxer, lost to Ray moylette in the world youth championships if i remember correctly.
he dominated the 1st two rounds, think he knew it and kinda stepped off the gas a bit in the 3rd, but really good counter puncher, draws you in and before you know it he's landed 3 or 4 punches.
