I defeated men who were champions for at least parts of five years in the welterweight, middleweight, light-heavyweight, and heavyweight divisions. Who am I?
I'm not sure if I understand the question BUT Maxie Rosenbloom defeated Champions in all those divisions from 1926 to 1930. Middleweights Wilson & Flowers in 1926, Welterweight Lewis 1928, Heavyweight Braddock 1929 and Light Heavyweight Slattery 1930.
What I mean is that the champions held the title in each division for at least five years if you add them all together. For example a champion wins his title in 1853 and holds it at least until 1858 or if you add all the the championship reigns of more than one champion in a particular division, you would get at least five years. I hope someone understands this. Oh, my. Rosenbloom wouldn't make it as Braddock didn't hold the title five years and he beat no other heavyweight champion. I know of one man, but we'll see if anyone comes up with another. Or put another way, this man beat men who were welterweight champions for five years or more, men who middleweight champions for five years or more, men who were lightheavy champions for five years or more, and men who were heavyweight champions for five years or more.
is it Joey Maxim? Beat Sugar Ray Robinson- 5 years at Welterweight and Middleweight Gus Lesnevich- 5 years at light-heavyweight Floyd Patterson- 5 years at heavyweight
didnt roy jones do similar jorge vaca welterweight mike mccallum light middleweight james toney middleweight jeff lacey super middle bernard hopkins light heavy john ruiz heavyweight
Perhaps. Put down the years. This sort of thing is much easier to do today with multiple champions. Maxim's victims were undisputed champions.
