Im about 230 Lbs, but if theyve moved the WW limit to 148KG, Im already well inside the limit.
I'll rule this division, theyre all doomed.:bbb

You're not proving it very well. You need a poll asking 'if two fighters weigh-in at 145lbs, are they fighting in the welterweight division?'

Actually you don't need a poll, I'll just tell you now that they are...

As someone already posted the Welterweight limit is between anything more than 140 lbs and equal to or less than 147 lbs.

Jimmy McLarnin defended his Welterweight title(unsuccessfully) against Barney Ross at a catchweight of 142 lbs. McLarnin weighed 142 lbs, Ross 137 1/2 lbs.

Was that fight at Welterweight ?, well the answer is actually yes because all it takes is one of the fighters to be within a certain weight limit for the fight to be at the weight limit of the heavier fighter.

This whole talk about the 145 lb limit is stupid, you'd swear catchweight fights were new to boxing, but they've been around longer than any of us.

No the welter weight limit is 147 lbs, fighters can weigh anything up to 147 lbs not this bull **** 145lbs.

Im not arguing the outcome would be any different but how cn Pac be considered a welter weight if he is changing the limit?

My opinion wont change, Pac is the best fighter in the world but should he take on the winner of Berto v Mosley for instance it should be at the limit of 147 and not 145.

How is 145lbs not part of 'anything up to 147'?

Because Cotto was not allowed to fight at 147, just like Mosley wouldnt have been.

So lets say is Pac was to win all the belts at WW but wont fight anyone above 145lbs, is the new welter weight limit 145lbs?

He was allowed to fight at 147lbs. He chose to agree not to. It's not that hard to comprehend really.

So if pac wins the other belts at ww but wont fight over 145 does the limit change?

We can go around in cirlces all day, great win and the weight didnt make a differenc BUT IMO 147lbs is the ww limit and if he chooses to fight the winner of berto and mosley the fight should be at the 147lb limit

Basically, to fight for the Welterweight title, you have to weigh 147lbs or less.
Cotto versus Pac was at 145lbs catchweight. In reality it never really affected the fight and the title was on the line because they made the weight.

I would imagine someone could fight for the Super middleweight title and weigh 153lbs if they wanted to!
