    8. Jan Zaveck
    9. Shane Mosley ( If not retired, He is shot, Won't beat top guys :-( )
    10. Sebastian Lujan

    Leonard Bundu, Randall Bailey,Carson Jones or Viacheslav Senchenko could all be on that list too I guess.

    New Rankings:

    Changes:     Mayweather slightly gets 1#. Ortiz stays at 2. But could be from 3-5. Very close spots, With Jones's win to Lujan he go's between Berto and Ortiz at 4. With Lujan's bad performance verses Jones he falls from top 10 and Bailey replaces him.

    Wow,, WW looking kinda weak. 3 years ago, it was the probably the best weight class..

    marquez proved how overrated that division was. More based on hype on characters.

    Manny almost cleaned out the division, then his super featherweight bounces up to welterweight and shows everyone how its done.

    It was a fun couple of years at welter IMO, but overrated in terms of talent.

    Also I'd have Kell Brook at number 2, just behinf Mayweather.

    It is an overrated division because there is Pac and Mayweather. Sure you got Berto, Zaveck, Malignaggi ect but thats not too much.. But Amir Khan and Devon Alexander are moving up soon. That will help.

    Not really weak. You got Matthysse, Maidana, Bradley, Alvarado, Garcia, Holt, Morales, McCloskey, Prescott, and Alexander/Khan for now.

    I wouldnt say weak neither...Just not as good as many people say IMO.
