It's kind of hard to rank it because:
Cotto beat Quintana who beat PW who beat Margo who beat Cotto

I would have Margo as Champ because he beat the guy with the best resume in the division (Cotto beat Mosley, Quintana, Judah)

    Champ: Margo
    1. Cotto
    2. PW
    4. Shane Mosley
    5. Joshua Clottey
    6. Zab Judah
    7. Kermit Cintron
    8. Andre Berto
    9. Carlos Quintana
    10. Luis Collazo

Paul williams avenged his only loss to quintana in spectacular fashion. Then he beat the guy who beat the guy with the best resume in the division.

Paul Williams has to be #1. He already beat Margarito and pretty easily and he starched Quintana in 1 round in the rematch. No way is Margarito #1.

    This is hard to rank

    Margarito
    Williams
    Cotto
    Mosley
    Clottey
    Cintron
    Berto
    Quintana
    Judah
    Collazo

I put Am first as he beat Cotto who was generally regarded as the top of the division but literally right on his heels is PW and even though he beat AM the result last night pushes AM just above him Cotto slipped down to 3rd as i cant justify having him above AM obviously or a guy who recently beat him.
