punching power alone does win fights if the guys hits that hard could mayweather out box wlad? kovlev?

power means something when you hit hard but in a different weight class we are not talking about guys hitting in the same weight class

The point of the thread went way over your head, it's pretty cryptic so I won't blame you. There are people that say Floyd is ducking Golovkin, Floyd is a natural welterweight, Golovkin is a natural middleweight. So if Floyd is ducking Golovkin (like some of his detractors say) I ask: What other welter can hang with Golovkin? Why is Floyd the only welterweight being thrown into the Golovkin mix??

golovkin could go to 154 where floyd is champion whats wrong with that?

many great fighters in the best went up to fight middleweights at 160

Canelo has power to KO pretty much all of the welterweights. Floyd negated that power. So he's right, power alone does not help. You've got to land punches or the power means jack. With GGG on the other hand, he has the skill to land on Floyd and will KO him.

Wlad and Kovalev have significant height, reach, and weight advantages.

Stevens is not very good and isn't that tall and doesn't have a long reach either.

The guy has been schooled two fights in a row.

Trust me. Stevens isn't cleaning out the welterweight division.

Do you really believe Golovkin can make 154? Honestly. Don't you think if he could, he would've fought there already? He's been at 160 his whole career.

Look how lean he looked at 159.

canelo does not even hit hard for a welter even shane mosley commented on that he could not even put shane away

you missed the point canelo hits ok for a welter GGG hits great for a midddlweight see the difference?

THE KIND OF POWER GGG HAS OVER A WELTER ALL HE NEEDS TO DO IS TAP THE FIGHTER AND HE IS OUT LIKE AS IF WLAD WERE TO FIGHT A MIDDLWEIGHT

I dis agree. Stevens is very skilled. His style is suited to those who stand in front of him.

Canelo's considered a big puncher at 154, not a KO artist. He's an even bigger puncher at welterweight because he's not a welterweight. I'm not comparing GGG and Canelo's power so I'm not sure why you are. Mosley has a good chin and they fought at 154. If you want a good example of Canelo vs a welter, look at the Lopez fight, look what he did to Trout. You make it sound like Canelo is featherfisted. He's a big puncher for welter, and a solid puncher for jr middle. And I think YOU missed the point lol over here trying to compare GGG and Canelo's power.

ofcourse you are not comparig canelo and ggg power ggg hits 1000000000000000000 times harder its not even a discussion

GGG hits like a heavyweight he beats everyone from 154 to 175 he would beat kovelv in a big slugfest

The number 1 chin in the Welterweight division belongs to Rios .

I would imagine how long It will take for GGG to completely take him out .

Rios smiles and laughs off everything that hits him .

To be totally fair, Floyd won the 154 championship while being a WW.. He lost weight after weigh in.. GGG, if he can, well make 154 then gain 10+ pounds which would be a MW (GGG) vs a WW (Floyd)...

Weight Divisions exist for a reason GGG would kill everyone at WWW, just like GGG would be beaten to a pulp by Kovalev and Beterbiev at LHW.
