True in some senses but Inoue got paid 3.8m dollars for his last fight. Turki has offered upto 10m dollars to fight at Wembley in September. I've a feeling he will make an appearance.

One thing the boy Turki has always said, is that for boxing to really flourish, he needs to "change the market". If that means stopping 4 promoters having a "world champion" each to protect their business, and rigged top-15 rankings to allow for knockover mandatories, I'd rather have the Saudi shows and the real top rank boxers earning more money. We'll soon establish an order of merit on that basis and there'd be no need for the global alphabet bodies.
