Only man to take Joshua beyond a couple of rounds, rock him etc etc.
They know it will sell and is low risk.
Whyte only got a foot hold in the fight as AJ switched off thinking it was done.
Unless it's Wilder, it'll be Whyte.

 

No chance it will be whyte he said himself his shoulder is 70% at the present time and will fight Sep

 

All the fights we want to see include fighters that are tied up.

Unfortunately if you look down the rankings there isn't much there, most off which the casuals will have never heard off.

Prob get laughed at but Stiverne would be interesting just to see how different AJ deals with him compared to Wilder, possibly get AJ to go some rounds.

Andy Ruiz was mentioned on another forum, big step up tho considering he got a UD against Love in his last outing.

 

Yea the ibf rankings have quite a few gaps in them. Having watched the interview with Eddie post fight think he might have got a tad overexcited with July 9th Wembley.

No real harm in going O2 June July VS Scott then see how the other fights pan out then plot the course.

If I was planning Joshua route.

Scott or Stiverne my preference
Chisora or Pulev
Parker or Tak
Fury
Wilder

 

Duhaupas would be ideal, coming off two good performances, legit toughness and a fighter Joshua should beat if he is a good as advertised.

Scott is a **** fight, he won't learn anything from another quick blowout.

 

A co headline with Johnson and a big brook fight would do well in my view

Joshua, Fury, Klitschkos, Haye, Wilder and Povetkin are the only fighters worth challenging - the rest, regardless of rankings, are all pony.

 

I think Sky want to turn the screw on Boxnation and stop their PPV platform from gaining traction. If there can only be one PPV on that night on the Sky platform then it'll be the Joshua fight. Messy and needless but sadly that's business.

 

Why would sky have a problem with Fury- Klitshko being available on there platform? They clearly didn't want to pay the asking price to show the rematch otherwise there is no way FW could have outbid them - there fine with BN getting the fight. I can understand Hearn would be furious but for sky bosses it's a win, win as they will get a cut from the BN PPV. Even if Hearn was serious about July 9th (he isn't) there is no way sky would sign off on that- Hearn will have to move

 

Remember when UFC tried to go head to head with floyd mayweather. Big mistake!!

 

It's a no-brainer for boxing fans.
Klitschko v Fury 2 is the fight to see.

 

David Haye saying tonight he heard Joshua v Whyte.
If they want to sell out Wembley, or at least a big crowd, makes sense.
None of the 3 Americans mentioned are really big fights.
Whyte is because he's the only man to rock him, amateur win, extend him in pro's blah blah.
In reality it was only competitive because Joshua thought it was already done, BUT grudges sell, and Whytes saying he'd have won but for shoulder etc, Hearn and Sky could market this again

 

Don't you feel it's too soon a rematch to try and sell out a stadium
