Wen Hopkins KO'ed De la Hoya was Oscar ahead on the scorecards?

    Sorry slightly offthread----was there a slowmo of the bodypunch that put Oscar down ??-----will save me going thru my box of unedited tapes---thanks.:smoke :smoke

    DLH was ahead on one card. MacDonald had it 77-75. The other 2 cards were Hopkins by at least 4 points.

    You're right - MacDonald must have posters of Hoya in his bathroom - As the fight entered the fateful ninth, Hopkins was ahead on two of the judges' scorecards (79-73 and 78-74), with the third judge having Oscar ahead (77-75). But truth be told, the real number for Oscar was "911." That could have been a facelift if Hoya had not given up...

    I thought it was 4-4. You could give Oscar the first four, Bernard did almost nothing, Oscar did a little more.
