What happened with this fight yesterday? I watched the start of the Fotty show, but then ended up missing the rest and did not know this was shown. How did it turn out?
:-( It was the biggest G-up ever seen on T.V They fought under some bull**** rules where YOU CAN'T HIT HARD OR IN THE HEAD !!!! Yeah you read it right. Some poofter sport where you where the same head gear used in sparring but you still can't hit in the head. They also had body gear. :-(
Didn't see it but sounds like they were boxing under 'boxtag' rules, there is a place down here in the Sutherland Shire that promotes it. http://www.strongarmboxingacademy.com/main/index.php?option=com_frontpage&Itemid=1 Not a fan of it myself but it is reasonably popular due to safety measures built into the rules such as no head shots etc
you didnt actually expect them to really get in to it did you? carl is a tv host... Theyve clearly been joking around for about the last month...
I don't think they wanted a repeat of when Mick Gatto floored the current affair reporter a few weeks ago.
