It's understandable Mayweather wanting to make some $$ as would the next girl or guy.

In an era where "seeking a good payday" is synonymous with the word "ducking", I was reluctant on passing judgement and accepting this was the truth but now have no choice. This feat he just pulled is unbelievable. No doubt in my mind is left to surrender that he has evaded a real challenge threatening his mythical P4P status spanning from his fights at 135 to present day. This includes avoiding Margo, Cotto and others who were on top of their respective weight class as he climbed the scale. After all, his own words were "We not fighting to see who is the best".

I went through a phase where I liked him at the lower weight classes and could have considered him IMO P4P #1 while Jones, Mosely, ODLH were still formidable opponents and on most P4P rankings. As he rose through the ranks, his style changed thus generating a style I didn't care for (not that he gives a f*ck). Sure he fights off the backfoot etc. but that is for another day. He is still fast, has cat like reflexes and looks like gold when he unleashes a series of combos but it doesn't change that because of his ridiculous demands, this megafight has reached a deadlock. IMO, recent history has shown that he would have won a lack of action UD.

    Just my thoughts..

Too many people have blind loyalty 2 a boxer because he's talented. Being a good boxer doesn't mean you're not an *******

If Mayweather goes on to fight Mosley/Berto winner, and Pac fights Paulie which fans would be more pissed off?

If he fought Mosely, an alleged steriod user, what does that say on his reluctance to fight PAC?

His riduculous demand. Trying to implement his rules and circumventing what is and has been in place for years.

Great post, that's kind of how I'm feeling right now. The most annoying posters to me were always the Mayweather detractors. Not giving a fighter any credit when he's accomplished quite a bit is absurd in my book, and more often than not I'd find myself defending the guy. But this drugs test business has left me with a sour taste. It's put a spanner in negotiations and made Pac look like a cheater. Part of me just wants Pacquiao to say 'screw it' and take the tests, but I can't blame him for not giving into it at the same time.

Will PBF require Mosely to take the same Olympic style blood testing he wanted from Pac?

Mosley is a confessed steroid user. Pac is rumored, and I don't think anyone has the balls to go on the record and say that he is a steroid user now.
