right he shouldn't retire because of this loss....this is another example of people not giving floyd any credit...he is the best fighter on the planet...why should shane hang em up i could see if he had lost to some new up in comer but he lost to the best the division has.....

he could still beat a lot of good fighters in welter

A fight against Berto would be interesting. I don't think he'll hang the gloves just yet.

Berto makes the most sense or a rematch with Cotto.

I can't see Mosley hanging them up yet. If he did that wouldn't be a bad thing, he's 39, going down hill, and been in a number of tough fights. But Mosley still has something left and he probably knows it. If he keeps fighting then I would expect him to take only big fights.

Berto is an obvious match up. It would be an even type of fight and give Mosley another title and quality win. For Berto, it would be a huge name on his resume and the best win of his to date.

Cotto would be another obvious opponent. If Cotto wins agaisnt Foreman than Mosley would be a high profile defense. If Cotto loses to Foreman than he and Mosley will be fighters coming off losses who both need a big win. The first fight was good and a rematch would be the same. And I have little doubt if Mosley could take a 154 belt from Cotto than a Pacquaio title fight at 154 becomes a possibility.

Angulo is an interesting option. He's less threatning than Margartio was but Mosley would be almost 2 years older than he was when he fought Margatio. It might be too little reward and high risk for Mosley. But I think Mosley beats Angulo if they fought now and a win would keep him in line for other big paydays.

Bradley is another longshot but still interesting. Bradley will probably face Abregu at welterweight in July. If he beats Abregu and wanted to stay at 147 to get in the Mayweather-Pacquaio mix then beating Mosley would be the perfect way for Bradley to get in there. Mosley would see it as a fight against a smaller guy who doesn't carry a huge punch at 140 let alone 147.

If Mosley retired thats fine he' had a very good career. But if he keeps on fighting than he has numerous options and a number of them are very interesting.
