If it doesn't matter, then let's hold the weigh-in the evening of the fight. If the fighter is in shape, (and I'm sure he's been weighing himself in training all the time) he should know damn well how much he's going to weigh on fight night. I'm not sure exactly when they weigh these fighters, but apparently, they can re-energize themselves after the weigh-in and before the fight. Boxing has always been a crooked sport and I'm not aware of any of the "cheats" people use to get an edge. Speaking of cheats, I wonder what Aaron Pryor was hopped up on for any of his fights? Panama Lewis would have put knives in gloves had he known he could have gotten away with it.
