To answer for Adam that's Roy Keane mate a former Man United midfielder in the 90s he was known for his fiery competitive nature but has become quite a personality in his older age he has a dry sense of humour.
I balance the scales, it is a necessary evil Roy keane, a Manchester United and Ireland football/soccer legend. My second favourite ever player after the iconic Eric Cantona
I shouldn't have even need to start typing that because it's obvious someone who has been fighting 28.5 years would have more depth than someone who has been fighting 11.5 years. It doesn't mean he's better than Usyk or that he would beat him if they were the same size as each other though. Remember we're dealing with people who are convinced that Usyk and other great amateurs who turned pro late and very late would not have accomplished a lot more than they did had they turned pro younger or much younger and could never have replicated the success of their unbeatable gods from previous eras and ones from the right parts of the world had they done so. Bizarre they're so convinced of this because it has zero basis in reality
How about Roman Gonzalez? Everyone always forgets him in these types of discussions but I think he should def be on the list dude was amazing in his prime and I'd say one of the best boxers of the 21st era.
I'm not that knowledgeable on Gonzalez resume in all honesty I've seen his notable fights vs Cuadras, Gonzalez, etc. But I don't really know about his resume as a whole because I didn't follow him back then.
As I mentioned before, in a weak era, he could have dominated. If he had rematched Wlad, went right after AJ, whoop Wilder and defended his titles twice a year from that point on, his resume would be that of dominance. Easily 20+ title defenses if he wanted. That's how a true champ conducts himself in a weak era. He could have been one of the most dominant champs in history. But he blew it, wasted his prime pretending to be a mental case, drinking, over eating and snorting coke. And to make matter worse, his nuthugging fans not only tried to lable him the greatest heavyweight ever, but the greatest boxer period. LOL
Thanks DP. Yeah, it didn’t make sense to me that a Brit would have a retired NFL legend for his avatar, but Favre and Gibson were etched in my mind. Hate to say it, but I’m not familiar with Keane. Maybe I’ll check out his wiki page.
Fergie knew it was going downhill so got out i remember Scholes came out of retirement to play against city as we didnt have any midfield Whats even more embarrassing Ratcliffe coming in laying off the people at the bottom yet wants to buy a 2 billion pound stadium things like that are making us a laughing stock
