If I was younger I could possibly gain 20 pounds in two weeks but it wouldn't be muscle.

Headbutting is dangerous, second only to nut punching. I don't think I could like a pugilist who intentionally did either. I don't mind craftiness and pushing the envelope.

That's dirty but I rather get punched in the back of my head. Physics take a lot of the snap out of it. Getting punched in the nuts or getting headbutted seems painful.

    The old 1-2.

A nut to the 1 head and a punch to the 2 nuts.

The little Dynamite Dokes were not happy.

He did fight dirty at times, without it being necessarily retaliatory.

The question posed was were his butts intentional.

The simple answer is YES, they were at times. In other instances, he could also be accused of being reckless with the head - let the head, self protected in its own position, go where it may.

I don’t think providing an accurate answer to the question necessarily defaults into precluding and ignoring other fighters who applied dirty tactics in their own measure.

The head moves forward with the body moving forward but Holyfield led with his head and his shots followed after which is blatant cheating.

I remember i see a video awhile ago where Holyfield said the headbutts, where due to him being in position quicker than his opponent, basically beating his opponent to that position and that's why the headbutts occurred. But then i've heard Lewis say once that Holyfield practiced headbutting on the heavybag so make of that what you will.

Only Tyson was whining after Several intentional headbutts or Mikkel was also whining about several headbutts from Ward or Winky Wright from Hopkins headbutt or Rahman's was also whining from a Holyfield headbutt or FMM was also whining from several headbutts from Ortiz..I could go on but I think you get my point.
Usually when an injury occurs after a headbutt the reciever usually always complains to the ref
    Not just Tyson.

He could have responded to the headbutt by elbowing him or hitting him at rhe bell. Biting his ear was imprudent .
