    Mayweather beat more #1s than Tommy Hearns, beat more top ten contenders than Tommy Hearns, staged more title defences than all but a handful of lineal welterweight champions, remained undefeated against moderate competition and did what Joe Walcott couldn't and came out of retirement to re-take the title; he's the only man in history to box two stints as king without losing.

    I can't understand this obsession with his failure to face a solid contender who also happened to be a cheat who couldn't beat a past-prime Shane Mosley right before Mayweather out-classed him 11-1. But perspective is for the angels, as they say.

    Preach on, let's not forget the man has been on the p4p ratings literally since 1999 (1 year after turning pro) every year as a professional and was #1 on said list for literally 8-9 years (An unprecedented accomplishment). It's something that will probably never be replicated again.

    Yawn. Lying and bsing countless times won't make it the truth.

    Aficionados and experts have him the 12th greatest fighter in the last 80 years and that was 2-3 years ago.

    Pac was nowhere to be found on said list.

    It goes to show who will go down as the greater fighter and who will go down as historically the more successful one. When you compare ATG's, they will be talking about Mayweather for years and years to come. When they compare ATG's, Pacquiao will not be part of said discussion, except for the "Who got knocked out the hardest" discussion. :yep

    He never beat Marquez in any of their 4 fights, he actually lost all 4 times if you want to be fair, and got knocked out by a 40 year old man.

    They worked with PBF. I said for years that Pac couldn't beat PBF because he went life and death with JMM in 4 fights I knew if he couldn't beat JMM clearly, a guy PBF shut out I might add, there would be no way in hell he could beat PBF and I was proven right.:deal
