I wasnt expecting Manny to go all Hearns/Duran on his ass.

 

no! i was not surprised that hatton lasted only for two rounds. when i hear roach predicting a knockout within three rounds seconded by the former heavy champion moorer that pq power is like a heavy weight I started to believe its possibility. as a matter of fact i made a message to the effect few weeks ago.

 

any interviews or word from hatton?

 

that was shocking. I'm still in a state of shock. I thought it would be an all out brawl with a lot of give and take on both sides. I didn't expect Pac to just thoroughly dominate and destroy Hatton like that.

 

I was shocked. I always thought this was going to be a tough fight.

 

I think hatton had an average chin. Manny just got a perfect left landed on a perfect spot.

 

didnt think Pac's right hook would affect Ricky that much! It reminded me of Donaire giving darchi the hook everytime he charges, and it was exactly like that leading to the KO. I expected it to be a brawl with manny having to take some punishments along the way. I was so off..

 

i'm also very shocked that hatton had ZERO defense...hands down, lunging with looping punches...makes me wonder he ever got to be champion....

or he is just freakin NERVOUS out there....

I picked Pac by UD because I was expecting Hatton to move forward clinch and hold . . . and I thought Hatton would have learned something from that ****er . . . Floyd Sr.

As I have posted in some other threads . . . if there would be a KO it shouldn't happen eallier than the 8th round. But since it happened much eallier . . . I couldn't be happier that I'm wrong. :good

 

i thought Pac would stop him in 5, 3 at the earliest......he shocked the **** out of me, wow! unbelievable......i mean ****, is he really a human being??

I settled down in front of the big screen with family and freinds to watch what we all thought might be a fight of the year candidate.
