There have been a lot of slips in wet corners over the last few years should they change the material of the ring floor allow ringside officals to place a mat in the corners inbertween rounds make a certain boot sole madatory what do you think any other ideas ? I can see a split second catastrophe happening if something isnt done
I winced when Foremans knee buckled. I really hope he's not donesomething bad there (if he has, continuing was daft). Not sure what could be done, however in the 21st century I refuse to believe there aren't materials that can be used to give better traction. Perhaps even giving the ring floor a sort of carpeted surface (like the cheap, hard wearing carpets you get in offices), and putting short moulded grips on the shoes similar to modern golf shoes or astro turf trainers.
I agree he should have just turned around and dived out of the ring cintron style EVERYBODY would have understood and he would have sold loads of tickets for his next fight
Simple. One piece on the fighter's boots, the other on the canvas: This content is protected In all seriousness, there is bound to be some sort of extra grip that can be put on the boots if they don't want to start messing about with the canvas material.
A tea towel will do the trick or be more careful with the water...:yep What about a ring girl dressed as a maid to mop it up...:nut
Tell fat Mick Hennessy it tastes like a McDonalds milk shake and give him a straw. Fat Mick will soon suck up all the corner liquid.
